Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy

This role calls for an adaptable, proactive individual ready to tackle various challenges, from operational tasks to strategic planning. You'll be instrumental in driving growth, optimizing processes, and contributing to various aspects of our business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Show up everyday with a +2 mentality.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work with ambiguity.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities and contribute to diverse projects in Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functions for key business units.
  • Communicate cross-functionally to facilitate alignment across teams to support business needs and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years work experience post graduation
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience at a management consulting firm with an excellent performance trajectory.
  • Experience working in football operations or the althetic administration at the Collegiate level.
  • Experience using football-specific software products.
