Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all channels and touchpoints. This role will be responsible for creating, designing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to collaborate closely with our sales team to develop sales enablement materials and lead generation content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing functions across customer, social, digital, print, video, website, events, case studies, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to strategize and create lead generation content and sales enablement materials.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to monitor and measure the success of marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices to inform strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise in content creation and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, including experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
