Sales Leader

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Sales Leader to play a critical role in growing the company’s footprint in Collegiate and High School programs. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the team leading the digital transformation of football and contribute to expanding one of the most exciting companies in sports technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full sales process including product demonstrations, proposal build and communication, and agreement negotiation/execution.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through direct and indirect networking in the football industry.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and identify new prospects.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to determine new campaigns and sales enablement strategies.
  • Use CRM software effectively to manage and update leads and opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover to the respective sales team.
  • Show up everyday with a +2 mentality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years sales experience post graduation
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience as a graduate assistant or quality control at the FBS level.
  • Experience in sales development, sales or marketing; experience with sports organizations, college athletic departments and trainers or technology-enabled services is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for football and ability to speak knowledgeably about the sport specifically from a coaches perspective.
